guys with secret cam swap
alrite...i know the rough idle is probly normal...not real rough or nothin, just lumpier then usual...which is fine
is the cam gonna make it lots harder on gas? cuz i'm seein a massive decrease in fuel economy...mind you, the bad compression is probly not helpin that out either
anyways...any insight on what i should expect would be great

well i've got no compression so i guess i dont need it eh?
nah i'll see whats up...the motor's done for sure now....on 400kms, it burnt 3/4's of a liter of oil, and $50 in gas....i'll do the engine swap with a fresh 2.4 and tear down this old one and see what went wrong.

i have been running mine for over a year and i still get the same gas mileage as before but my setup requires 93 octane though.
did you get the timing just right? are you throwing codes?
the motor needing rebuilt may be the problem.
