I am pretty mechanical, but I have never had to replace an intake gasket, how much work am I looking at if I do it myself?

jamcllw is an unknown quantity at this point
It's not hard just very time consuming. Label everything. and be careful not to lose the o-ring on the return side of the fuel rail. Other than that it's just a bunch of bolts and torquing them down correctly.
