the K's are different...

example your hid are 5k and the highs are 6k..
If you swap it for a 5k then that could be your problem or you could have a bad light.
are you running full HIDs ? if so then you need to ck with you shop or where you brought them from...

all i can think of a possibility is a bad wiring connection. Thats a really weird and random problem.

You need a relay on them if you dont already have one.

^x2, but i just figured he knew that just out of common sense. You need a relay when doing that mod, can't just wire them straight together. Plus you would never have just lows without a relay.

^um lets get something straightened out, when you say lows and highs on, do you mean at the same time or are they still separate? I was thinking same time the way you had it worded, but apparently not, so you don't need to worry about the relay comment you don't need one then.

So, you're saying that even when you put ALL halogen back in they still were dim? I'd check for a melted area on your harness then. But other than that i was just gonna say your hids are starting up right. That happens on mine sometimes, one won't turn on or it'll fire but stay dim. but i just turn them off and back on and they start working right.
