winter blend in michigan?

does anyone know when we switch over? since labor day my gas mileage has dropped at LEAST 3 mpg, as indicated by my ultragauge. have we already switched over???

my mileage varies greatly depending on how far i drive, what traffic was like, and how i drive on particular days.. i wouldn't even know if we switched to winter because i still can achieve 30 mpg in winter
