Lol, Svs, Trac Off, Anti-lock

Ya. These lights came on 1.5-2 years ago at random on a cold morning startup then a few more times I drove it that day. Then nothing. This morning, they came on as soon as my car rolled forward. Same when I left work for lunch and came back.

My brakes have been terrible for a LONG time. The rotors are long overdue for replacement and I've had to beat them hard. My rotors are warped so bad they hit the pad even without braking. I hear the "tick tick tick" tap from the brakes, and when I brake you can realllly feel the vibrations and brake sounds.

As far as I know, the SVS, Trac Off, and Anti-Lock lights coming on mean that one wheel is spinning at a different rate than the other.

Ordered my R1Concepts rotors yesterday, that should fix the warpage symptoms. I doubt this is a wheel bearing (no grinding, humming/whining besides the blower), although the brake tapping sound is more evident and used to only happen when turning left or braking. We'll see.

It's your wheel speed sensor. It usually goes before the bearing's worn out. I've been driving with those lights on since I got the car, and still haven't replaced the driver side bearing over 20,000 miles later. Gonna take care of it soon though, now that I've got my stimulus payment.

I see. Wonder when my bearings will wear out.. it only has 182,000 mi on it, just about broke in.

All lights are off now, last few times I drove. In a year or so they'll come on again.
