3400 Update (Pics)
Hey guys its been awhile since i posted pics of my car. Exterior looks stock. But finally my motor looks like it's gotten some work.
CAI
TCE 65mm TB
Ported 3500 UIM
Ported LIM
Ported Heads with LS1 valve springs
FFP UD Pulley
Lightened Water Pump Pulley
Taylor Wires
Custom 2.5 catback Flowmaster Delta 40
Started as DHP V1.0 til Germ got to it with powertunr.
I bought a can of high temp paint today and painted the front valve cover to match my uim without realizing that the UIMwas done in flat rather than gloss by the guy i bought it from. So now i still have mismatched parts. So do i remove the UIM and reapaint it gloss to match? Or should I redo the valve cover in flat? Right now i think i like that flat a little more. Next on the list since i am short on cash since i recently got engaged and priorities have changed around, i was thinking that i would buy red couplers for the CAI and paint the piping black. Comments would be appreciated. I know the bay needs a detail but harvest and school have been too crazy to allow the time for that.

It would definately do so but for a while i was plannnig on boost, i still am but it got pushed way down on the priorities list due to my engagement this summer. So headers would be a $900 waste at this point. The money i had saved for the turbo and manifolds from Germ at Donkey Punch Performance was spent on a ring and now i need to start thinking about paying for a wedding and buying a house in a few years. Thank God i finish college in May and can start making some decent money.

Flat black looks better for sure. You are going to all the trouble of painting engine parts but you need to powerwash the rest of the engine bay.

i was bored and had a little time to lay down a few coats of paint. Not enough for a detail. Lots to do for classes during dry time.

flat black.... The gloss black is making it look nasty in my opinion.... You need to clean the whole engine bay too. Make it all nice and shiny!
