I hate these cars... but oh well
Like the title says. I always thought of these cars at grandma cars.. To the naked eye they have terrible body lines and no appeal what so ever..
BUT.....
After looking thru the site and seein all of your alero's.. I appears there is hope. You guys truely have some talent..
Aftermath.. I believe that is his name.. Your car is abosulety gorgeous.
ANYWAYS..
I just got a 2003 alero. I had a s10xtreme show truck for the longest time.. I loved it... I miss it.. I love the whole mini scene...
Then had to get a junker to get me to and from work for the time being.. It was a 97 tiburon.. Well.. Thanks to that death-trap.. I was able to get the alero. I dont have any pics yet.. but i will post them... And then I will try to get a "project" thread going somewhere on the site. I have most of the air ride parts for it.. And Im in search of some decent rims if anyone has some for sale..
Kudos to the site..
Brandon

Welcome, I'm glad you're able to freely aknowledge the fact that you have no taste (chevy trucks blow ASS in the aesthetics department, and Alero's DO have a nice flow externally) But anyway, welcome, Stupid.

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
Well I picked my car up this afternoon, and well I love it! Its soooo sexy. And well... The body lines aren't too bad! LoL.
I have 4 air cylinders from eai. One is damaged so I will be just throwin it in for free. They have 3/8 ports and are universal. I also have a indash tv dvd ipod with tv tuner box and antenae. I would be willing to trade some of this if not all of it for some really nice rims, or a partial body kit. Thanks everyone again. I will have pictures up soon.

Oh... By the way.. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But I saw a lot of yous have cleared front lights and some have cleared tails.. Could someone hit me up either thru PM or aim and maybe walk me thru the process of this. I cleared my sonoma lights when I did the envoy conversion on my truck.. but I'm not sure if it works the same. Thanks again all! You guys are awesome.. And gals...

Awesome. Thanks I found the oven trick to the headlight mod. Its basically the same as with the sonoma lights. Do u need to re-silcone the headlamps tho? Or can u just slap em back together?

yes, I recommend sealing them back. I didn't have to use sealant, but that's because my factory sealant was still kinda new and pliable, but no leaks yet after a year.
