ey guys.. i was wondering if any/all CD Recievers will fit an Alero. Some pplz have been telliin me only some will fit. And I saw some pics with different shift knob.. which loox ALOT better than the stock.. how u get/install those? thx

check out the A,V, & S forum for the CD reciever. (din; and din and a half will fit, iff that's what your asking)

shift knobs: can buy 'em pretty much anywhere (pepboys, autozone, even circuit city). you can take off the stock one by taking out the staple that's holding it on. It's on the front of the knob, facing the radio. Just pry it out with a flathead screwdriver. Just make sure you do it when you already have an aftermarket knob.

Pulling the staple will remove the AUTO shift knob (if that's what you have), but if your driving a standard then I hear you have to just pull it off or cut if off.

I have an auto and mine is simple to remove. :thumbsup:
