what kind of engines could i drop in a 2000 alero 2.4L body/engine conpartment? i would like to keep it fwd.

How much money you got???
Drop in an SR20, a bluetop would be ideal, FWD 200+ HP NP, now find a tranny to take the FWD abuse.

what about the GM crate 572, wait i think thats only RWD. Yes the 2.2, 2.4, 3100, 3400 should fit.

Sorry, meant the bluebird, not blue top, SR20DE, no turbo, but easy to do since most of the parts are swapable.
