1999 LA1 EGR tube

I figured I would post this for anyone else who encounters this problem. Turns out, I actually have a (now noticeable) leak in my EGR pipe. As you may already know, the EGR pipe for the '99 LA1 is different from the '00 to '04 LA1. The '00 to '04 pipe is relatively easy to find, and not too expensive. I couldn't find it anywhere local, and thought I found one at O'Reily atuo parts. But it even said on the paper in the bag "this part is a direct fit for 2005 to 2009 Chevrolet Equinox".
The side that bolts into the plenum was correct, but the side to the exhaust manifold was a bracket, instead of a flare nut. The next bet would be the junkyard, but nobody knows the condition of that one.

Anyway, I found a GM replacement which is the correct pipe. The GM part number is: 24506775. This number has been confirmed by Hudgins Holiday Chevrolet-Cadillac.

I hope this information can be useful to someone else.
