....................................ya know, there are some many things that COULD be said about the title, but I could pick one. When you resealed the housing did you use the old sealant? If it's anything like opening up the headlight to clear the corners, you may want to apply a nice small bead of sealant around it the LEAK

find where the water is coming from and silicone then living shit out of it. if it is coming through by the bulb (i don't know if that's possible i have after markets) go to the hardwear store and buy 3M foam gasket stuff or something like that.

just take a very small drill bit and drill a very small hole in the bottom of the lens for the water to drain out of

I know I sealed it right.... I double checked everything.... I'm going to check it tomorrow to see if anything came loose.... It really sucks though... I think it shorted out one of my LEDs....

Not to be a rooster, but if water got in, something had to be missed. Maybe a spot you didn't even think about. The drill bit idea is your best bet

Well, here they are for your viewing pleasure... It makes me sad.....

First one here is the one I noticed when one of the blue lights didn't blink when I unlocked my car.... notice the water lines.....

here are some more.... the NEW fog lights I bough are rusting out..... GRRRRRRRRRRR:m ad2::mad 2:

I should note that there wasn't any visible holes around where I put the LEDs in.... but there are some cracks on the lens.... I'd say, I need new foglights.....

I guess I"m going to be getting new Foglights.... Turns out, there is more than one leak.... There are cracks around the back in little hidden places as well as the lens itself.... So IF anyone is selling some fog lights or knows where I can find a pair, let me know please! I just bought those lightbulbs for the fog lights no more than three months ago and they are rusted up pretty bad....

curious

I have a similar problem.. mine are dirty..

I happen to be looking around and pulled out my foglight, and there was a fair amount of rust on the bulb end, pile of it..

But anyways..

with your picture it looks like the fogs can be removed very easily ?

is it.. ? never touch the beggers yet, I wanna clean them up.. or take them out period..

Just remove the headlight case, and look straight down... there are two small bolts holding it on... I can't remember the size though... sorry... Just unscrew them and pull it on up... The one on the driver's side is a pain to get out cause the hole just isn't quite big enough... Just wiggle it around and it should come up.. Just put some muscle into it. lol The other one is a breeze.
