a blowdryer to heat it up and use your finger nail to start peeling it off. should come off pretty easy. then follow up with some type of residue remover to get the excess glue off. then be sure to wash your car to get the residue of the residue remover off.

Thanks!
I think I want less pink on the outside and a different shade. That'll probably be one of the later things to do since I already have that black one on and have just started the modding process.

sounds easy enough. Just wanted to make sure before I went and did it and tore the paint off or something. LoL

actually your tails will look closer to being totally white, that is until you step on your brakes. That's the good think about putting the stripes on your lights, they're almost completely see thru when your brakes are on, and almost completely solid of which ever color you put on top when your cruisin around or the car is sitting still. I think it looks best when you put 1/4 inch striping 1/4 inch apart. Be patient and you will be happy with the results.

Are you planning on doing pink pinstriping or white? Or both?

I'll probably get a lot of crap from this but that 442 Alero is just tacky, in my honest opinion.

Get one of those rubber wheel things. Thats the best way of taking off the pin stripe. Won't harm the paint. Either that or a pencil eraser.

I think it is the ugliest POS ever to come out of Oldsmobile.
Everytime I look at it I think it is some Ricer Kids car gone all wrong.
(sorry for the thread highjack)

i thought it was purple as well.
it could be ok with different rims, different/no decals, lowering springs, no wing, etc.
