Never done it myself, but you have to remove the plastic face, cut the clear part off the black backing and its a done deal.

I'm fairly sure there's already a how-to on it....but it's too easy. You just gotta have a steady hand, a dremel tool with the cutting bit, and silicone glue (clear!). if you have common sense, you can figure it out.

I did not do it that way, I cut out a shit load of the back then slid it in their then it was good to go.

nice job installing, but i don't rly like the look with the black faces still. it would look good with whate facees tho.

now on speedhut i says that bezel is for a 97 - 02 alero, so would it fit in my alero, mine is a 03, they look exactly the same

also where can u find halo gauges for a 03 alero, all I can find is for up to a 02 alero, or would that work

o.O whats all this talk bout cutting and shit... i easily got my gauge cluster out and apart within 10 minutes..... it was EASY XD

I think they would look better if there was any way for the bezel to outline the entire cluster.
Also white face gauges would be a good supporting mod.

IMO the black gauge faces is good enough. There is really nothing white inside the car that will make white face gauges flow well with the rest of the interior. What Im planning on doing, is leaving black faces, but getting green led's for the gauge cluster and getting red intelliglow needles. But yeah, I dont think the white faces would flow with the rest of the interior or the ss bezel. Maybe if he had the CF bezel itd flow better.
