Missing my Olds
It's been almost 5 months since my Alero became a Rollero. Although I like my Century, it's time for something new. As soon as the snow melts I'll be back on the market for a new set of wheels. Here are some options of mine:
Any feedback?
Buick Regal GS (3.8L S/C)
Buick Regal LS (3.8 L N/A)
Chevrolet Impala SS (3.8 L S/C)
Oldsmobile Aurora (3.5 L or 4.0 L)
Acura 3.2 TL-S (3.2 S/C)
Cadillac STS (4.6 L)
Cadillac Eldorado (4.6 L)
Dodge Stratus R/T (BIG MAYBE)
Lincoln LS (3.9 L)
Mazdaspeed 6

I love the Lincoln LS and I believe you can get a manual one if you choose the 3.0L

As the owner of a 2nd gen Aurora with the 4.0, I highly recommend the Aurora for purchase. Not only quick but safe. I was rearended last Friday night in rush hour traffic and all that is damaged is the bumper with many scratches from his bumper. No creases or dents, it was not just a tap either.

The Regal GS is just such a sleeper but it can move. Plus I love how it looks, if only it came with a stick.

I wouldn't get shit. Your asking to stay in debt forever. I thought I wanted to get rid of the Alero once I got it paid for in July, but I like not having a payment and I'm going to ride this bitch until the wheels fall off. JMO!

Ouch - I had actually never seen an R/T until last week on eBay - I thought it looked great (apposed to the hideous original Stratus).
I'm looking for an old man car because I like to be comfortable, I like torquey engines, I want to be able to tow my trailer, or a boat, I like room for all my stuff and my friends and lets face it, having sex in a 2-seater is not the easiest thing for a 200lb 6' tall man - especially when it's stick shift Jokes
But overall, I want something classy that looks good and wont become my coffin when I get t-boned by a Honda Civic - I want that Civic to feel like he just hit a concrete barrier. I belevie cars should be solid like they used to be!

by STS do you mean STS or Seville STS?
I'm gonna assume you mean the seville, but if you meant the STS I'd definitely go for that.... gonna cost a lot more than the others on the list though.
but other than that i'd go with the mazdaspeed6

I say Olds Aurora 4.0L, I wanted one after the Alero but wasn't quite sure how much fuel it would go through as I was making $9.50/h at the time
