Without laying down agreement on either side of this discussion, I can see how PCM changes can equivilate to 20hp on a dyno. Factor in that timing changes will affect HP/TQ ratings in raw engine output, add in that changes in temps through fan control affecting HP, and torque management not retarding the timing under torque abuse allows for laying down more power in a measureable state (dyno). However, other factors need to be considered, such as a warm afternoon run for a baseline compared to a cool evening for a final run, the ambient temperatures alone will effect HP output.
Second......I can't speak for everyone, but when I'm interested in something new or exceptionally priced available for 3400 performance, I'm more likely to look in this section than in the "FS". I think of the FS section as more like a second hand or "flea market" if you will.
