Passenger side door lock

My passenger side door lock will lock under power from the fob, but it won't unlock. It also won't unlock with the switch, but does lock with the switch. Was working fine last week.

Is it just that the door lock motor in the door won't go the other way, and just needs replacement? It unlocks manually just fine.

Thanks for anything!

PFC2 is an unknown quantity at this point
it sounds like you need a new latch assembly, but check the switch first. does the door lock when youy use the other lock switch?if yes its most likely the switch but if it doesn't its the latch assembly

No, the door doesn't lock with the other switch either. What do you mean by latch assembly? It locks and unlocks manually from inside, and with the key, just fine.

Check the unlock relays in the fuse panel on the drivers side.

Ah, I didn't realize there were any! I'll do that. Thanks!
