Question Steering Wheel Vibration

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. When I am going down the interstate to work, anytime my car down shifts to go up a hill on a right bend, I get a vibration in the steering wheel. If I go around right hand bends without downshifting, it is still there, but WAY less. I have checked my wheel bearings (wiggling wheel up and down) and they are tight. Same with Tie Rods and also ball joints. I have changed A-arms on both sides, so ball joints are good. Also thought about the tranny, but I had a brand new one put in and the old one did it too. I am stumped here! Pulling my hair out trying to get it! Anyone had this problem, and what could be the culprit? Thanks Guys!

P.S. Yes, I did check tire balance lol
