Installing the Borla was eazy, its a direct bolt on so all you gotta do is take the old one off, you'll have to cut it though to get it off (well at least I did), and then put on the new one.

Well now that I'm thinking about it we had to use a blow torch on the bolts that connect to the cat cause they were all rusted out and wouldn't budge.

And I have the borla for a grand am so we had to cut out some of my bumper cover only because I got hit on the rear pass. side and my reinforcement bar was crushed so it caused the exhaust on that side to sit higher and back a little farther than normal. I don't know if everyone has to cut theirs or not.

Install should be the same with the SLP, but somebody with that exhaust will help you out.

And I really can't make out that last question there, maybe reword it somehow.

I had my exhaust done at an exhaust shop. It's all custom work. I also had the second cut-out done at a body shop.

Check out my web page to see the cut-out. The body shop did a really good job, It looks stock

I had the shop put my SLP on

SLP

I personally wouldnt recommend doing this yourself, unless you have access to the required tools

I also had mine welded on(which I cant do)

My bolts to the cat were also rusted, so they just cut the connector off of the SLP and welded it straight to the old connector

I installed my borla (for an alero) in my driveway. be forewarned though you have to get the ass end WAAAY up in the air. I think I measured the rear cross member at 26" off the ground on two 2X4s and two 4X4s on top of the jack.
