Interior Lighting idea

hey all, need some opinions on this. I havnt found a thread about this yet, but maybe it has been done before. was thinking about installing a couple black lights along my floor boards. thought it would give the interior a cool look at night. Would love to hear any opinions, good or bad. thanks!

been done. it gives your car a slight purplish tint...

if you want it to be done, go to oznium and get some blacklight cathodes.... cheap, easy to install, but brittle.

i had some, but i got rid of them since they rarely got used, compared to the other blue ones i had. i have since switched to led's. more durable, but much harder to install. its entirely up to you.

hey thanks a lot..might actually go with some blue led's instead now that you mention it. already have blue underlights, so some blue led's on the interior might look nice.

check my how-to's for decent hiding places.

Ebay is a cheaper place to get led's, but i might be able to sell you some even cheaper then they do. (i have a few extra blues)

and remember to file down the tips of them.... it helps spead the light and looks much better.
