ASS is the big meet out in Lansing, Michigan on Father's Day weekend. Pre-ASS would be the Northeast region's meet prior to ASS, some of which will go to ASS afterward.

I was thinking of one of the weekends before, because ASS starts on Friday and a lot of people can't get out of work during the week...

but the problem with that is the guys who are driving out here, then going to ass immediately after... your looking at a week off from work, instead of an extra day (not including the weekend at ASS) so how would that work? |

we could make two separate meets. lol non-ASS and pre-ASS. maybe the one I'm describing will be non-ASS (which is NOT to be confused with anti-ASS...because ASS is awesome), and the one you're describing is pre-ASS.

we're organizing 2 meets. one for the wny guys, to eat wings and watch hockey, and the other will be pre-ass, so the downstaters can hang out for a while, before they go to MI.

the first one, definitely won't be. we usually try to meet up sometime when the bar will be relatively empty, and we can sit back and enjoy ourselves.
(unlike during the playoffs, where we had to stand, cramped, and could barely talk)
