Find the wire that goes to cylinder number 4 on the coil pack, and unplug. Have someone hold it away from any metal for you, or if you have some vacuum tube cut off about 2 inches, and hook it on the wire and the post on the coil pack. Start the car, and use a test light or something to ground the vacuum tube. It should arc across to the test light across about half an inch. If you don't have vacuum tube, start the car then approach the wire to the terminal. It should arc at about half an inch.
