Bcm Broke

Took my car into the alarm shop today because the alarms been acting up with the keyless entry..... found out my BCM is partially blown. Anyone know where its at, how hard it is to replace, and how much the part costs..... Still hopin my aftermarket warranty will cover it but, its not looking likely because i put an aftermarket alarm in the car. Thanks for any help....

if i'm correct it on the bottom side of dash on pass side.

pm overdrive75.....im sure there are prolly many others who know whats up with the bcm info, but hes the one i have gone to with ?'s concerning that stuff
