So I did a search and didn't find anything, but I want to paint my benzels, but not sure how I want them to look. I am asking for people who have done them to put pictures up, close ups so I can actually see how they are painted. I appreciate all the help in advance...thanks!

I just color matched mine, galaxy silver metallic. adds cleaner accent to the car than just chrome.

Here is the link to the how-to I posted on painting bezels. You will also need the how-to for taking the headlights apart- just look in the How-to archives.

Thanks, been doing some research on how to do it...and I burned the wiring with my head lights, so now I need to do all of these, paint the bezels, maybe clear the corners, fix the wiring and whatever else I see wrong!

you burned up your headlights, so you have to do all of this stuff? i'm not sure if i understand. if you burnt up the harness, why not just put new ones in?
oh well, whatever

Well in order to put a new harness in, I am taking out the entire assembly, and doing all of thse...figure its something I wanted to do so why not do it.
I will figure it out eventually. I fried the harness pretty good, and now I am missing a headlight (wont turn on).
When it comes to painting these things, whats the best way to paint them...spray paint, roll it on, brush? whats up!?

Exactly. That's what I used, and it turned out flawlessly. Has seen temp extremes since, and still no cracks or wrinkles in the paint. :thumb:

color-matching paint (ie: touch up spray paint made for automotive use) is great for this too. Aside from Berettas and neons, how many cars do you see on the road with paint peeling off? none. Dupli-color is a good brand for touch up stuff.
