i'm new and don't know what i'm doing but iv heard that some alero's came factory with code alarm remote start. my 1999 GLS has it but it quit working. was wondering if any of you had this problem and what u did.

and i've never heard of any alero's coming from the factory w/ a remote starter. maybe i'm wrong.... its just not something that's ever come up on the forum...

Welcome.... Sometimes the dealerships will put aftermarket remote starts on cars to try to make more money on them..... They pay $60 for the kit and charge you $250
