How many quarts of oil for the Ecotec

My Cutlass and Grand Am both took about 4.5 quarts.

Is it the same for the Ecotec.

My Cutlass was a 2.3 Liter 4 Cyl. (190 HP)
and my grand am was the same.

I get free oil changes so I'm not sure, but according to ny-jbodies it takes 5 quarts. I've also read that you should fill it to 5 quarts the first time, then 4.5 afterwards.
