Rear Strut Noise

i lowered my car with the Sprint lowering springs over a year ago. for about 6 months now my rear struts are makeing a noise that sounds like i dont know what. its not rubbing or grinding and everything is tight. so if anyone else has or had this problem and have any ideas on what to do, please help me.

i hear it when im going slow over bumps and while turning.

wife's car does it too...her problem is a bad strut
