The rims I was previously suposed to buy did not fit the offset of our aleros but this is my new plan so far.

pretty common and not my style, but i've seen worse. i'd look into 18s though.

I can't say I like tham at all, I don't think they would look very good on an Alero. Lots of people say that about my rims though, so if you like those go for it.
These are what I have:

Personally i think it's a really cool looking rim. Not sure if i would put it on an alero though...maybe someone could do a photoshop for you.

agree about too many spokes, but I'll say it looks better than the old 15" stockers.

i would go with either of the two black rims, pimp nasty!
BlackJack
02-06-2006, 09:58 AM
whew, that's a tough one. Instead of trying to pick the best ones, it's like trying to decide which ones look the least horrible on an Alero.
My vote is for #4 as least bad.
Menace
02-06-2006, 10:04 AM
LOL the least horrible ...

#1 = pimp on a lowered ride.

i like # 1 on a black car... the origional link in this thread loot awesome on corvette's... lol.. i dunno bout the alero
smlzalero
02-06-2006, 12:08 PM
#4... but the dent in each spoke makes it still look nasty. If #5 came in black, that would be better.

I was actually considering #1 and 3 for my car but instead I bought Motegi's. I think they will look good on the alero if it has a body kit, but not with stock bumpers.

Im really liking 1 and 3 but I think that the silver #3 is going to look the best so far because I really like black rims on black cars but I think silver will look the best on my blue car. If someone could photoshop the rims on my car from one of my cardomain pics it would be greatly appreciated.
Alero2k4
02-06-2006, 02:19 PM
1&3 but you would probably need it at least lowered and really need a body kit for those to fit in...

Try this (http://www.tirerack.com/upgrade_garage/WheelSearch.jsp?&autoMake=Oldsmobile&autoModel=Alero+GLS+Coupe&autoYear=2004&autoModClar=)
Hope this works...at least it will give you an idea until someone gets the chance to do some p chop work.

Well I have my intrax springs just sitting under my bed :) I figured when I got my new wheels I would lower and re-align the car at the same time.

just from that picture I think them black rims (picture #1) would look awesome on that color alero, I'd say go with those.

Well here it is with the silver rims but I could not find the exact style of rim by exel. So hope this is close enough. It looks off but you loose a lot of detail and quality stealing stuff from tthe web. Hope it is good enough anyways. Maybe someone else might want to give it a whirl.

IMO, the black ones look better in a pic, but the silver ones will look way better in person...

I think that number 3 is the best. they would look really good on an alero. I would have to agree with alero 2k4 that you would have to lower it and probably a body kit or something like that

i would chose number 1 or number 4. those are the only ones that look alright. not sure if they would like right on an Alero, but that is also what I heard before I put my rims on my car. Take a chance.

why you wouldnt? well lets review what they did to me:
Told me they had a wheel i was interested in. Told me one week to get to me. Charged the wheels on my account, and 4 weeks and many phone calls later i still didnt have my wheels. The wheels they didnt have now at that point. the wheels that were still charged to my account and those same wheels that they were going to charge me 40% to restock...despite the fact they didnt have them...so they werent restocking anything in actuality. Yeah, thats why and i dont appreciate you underminding me thanks!

and according to the better business bureau to which i complained to, there are many other complaints against them for the same type of b.s. my credit card company thankfully was very helpful. so yeah, wasnt just me either bud
(would never buy from anywhere other than tirerack again)
