So the ho faced a hard winter and is probably the dirtiest a car I own has ever been..(disgraceful I know)

So I want to wash the car but, I live in an apartment in Richmond so going to the front yard hose isn't possible for me.. and the only thing besides an hand wash that works for my white car is the expensive hand washes like autobell or soap and suds..

What I wanted know is there anything out there like bucket-less powerwash solution or even water-less wash that you used and Recommend...

You don't have one of the ones that you put quarters in and power wash it yourself? I can get mine really clean for $4, just blast the dirt off for $2.

if you have access to a hose, Mr. Clean has a washer thingy you hook up to the hose, and it sprays out the soap and stuff as you wash. Its not supposed to need to be dried either.

There's no car wash place in your area?

he's saying that the normal car wash doesn't get the car clean enuf. for me, if i go to a normal wash place, i have to use the brush and do it. if not, i can still wipe dirt off with my finger. white cars are really bad for this. i'd say just use the brush attachment and then hose it off. most coin wash places have this.

everytime i wash my car its the situation that there is still dirt on there i can wipe off. so i just pull around back to the vacuum cleaners and hand dry it. it looks brand new after i do that (well, as close to new as a 5 year old car can get).

I haven't used any of that other stuff. I just use the quarter wash, pull over to the side when I'm done, put on fast wax and dry it there.

heres a suggestion...

go to the car wash and TIP the employees. Always gets me and my boys to work a little harder to make you car shine.

you have to remember that it sucks working at the car wash in the winter because of the cold...but its also when we do the most business and in turn we need to turn the track speed up so we can get all the cars in and out quickly. We usually run 100 cars per hour during the weekend in the winter. So no car wash will be perfect in the winter. But if you do tip, chances are your car will come out cleaner. Try to stop by when its not too busy and not toooo cold. thats always your best bet. If you are worried about scratching i can assure you my car wash hasnt ever scratched a car due to sand/salt but if it concerns you go in the morning like an hour after they open because thats when the foam brushes are the cleanest. (they usually get soaked before opening and before closing)
