I hooked up my air/fuel wire to the o2 sensor. The gauge works but now I start my care and it just goes right down to leen with red and my engine starts to spaz out. I checked the connections they are all connected. Whats wrong here

baclwards wiring shorting out the o2 sensor?

The prob was that I was an idiot and didnt know that the air/fuel gauge was suposed to spike back and forth.

As long as it's working properly now. Did you mean the guage started to spaz out? You had me going with that "engine starts to spaz out" phrase. Cuz that woudn't be normal.
