hey everyone i need to know if i need to increase the block. so let me know if you have booked a room.

I have...I need to call them back this afternoon and move into the block cause the reservation hadn't showed up in the reservation department from sales when i called.

as of right now there is only 3 rooms under our block

Oldman called the hotel this morning, and talked to sales, and they indicated they would investigate the matter, and get back to him with the solution.....there should be 12 rooms blocked, with 3 booked...if at all possible, maybe call during the day to book the rooms??

when scot calls me back i will update everyone a lil more....

I called back this morning, and told them the confirmation code is ACC....and found out they have 9 rooms avail, and i also changed my king to a double, so all is good there....if at all possible, call during the day!!

Scott, I got your message, but I figured I'd share what info I got with everybody since it is pretty important and I think everybody who whats a room should book now!!!

I called the hotel direct yesterday afternoon, and They had a hard time finding this block. They found it under "Alero Chatper Car Club" the room rate is set at $89 a night plus tax. They are now offering cont. breakfast starting at 730 am.

The important part!

There are 3 weddings blocked, and well as 2 other events for that same weekend! The hotel isn't that big, so I would suggest that anybody wanting to go, should book now!

The rooms are a choice between King or double, smoking or non.

I got a king but I still will have room in my bed for any of the ladies :lol:

i am going to disneyworld in 12 hours so i will be gone for 4 days so if anyone has issues at all let turkey or redog know and they can get in touch with me.

I just got the hotel a few minutes ago...they told me I was unable to add to the alero block because the block doesn't reserve location, just price. So she told me that if there is somebody that I'd like to be near when we checked in to let them know at the front desk, otherwise they'd just stick us where they had room.

thats right it's not a location thing. being you have the room already booked then maybe you can't add to the block.

i thought it was basically those room were all blcoked off together that we would all be in 1 hallway, but apparently i'm wrong...whatever. so whoever is going to be the first one there, should request all our rooms be together...that would be more fun

I'm confused about all of this - am I supposed to call a hotel and register or do I go to a website and do the show and hotel registration together or are they completely separate or what's going on? Sorry about my retardedness... travel agent usually handles all this crap.

yes you need to call the hotel yourself, and book the room.

and then register for A S S thru the registration link....<that registration takes care of the show, and prizes, and shirts, and food, and yadda yadda
