ok, now that everyone up till now has effectively dodged your question....heh

Find a photo hosting website such as Photobucket.com as an example. Post your pictures up on there, and copy/paste their tags under your photo to here in the forum.

Put the tags in with the regular message text where you want it to appear.

Example (photochop I did for someone on another forum):

[IMG]http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j202/qaddamage/beerman.jpg[/IMG]

and that will produce:

http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j202/qaddamage/beerman.jpg
