1)when you stop being such a noob...

2)you can send payment to him directly, or click the link from the main page... (for vip memberships) if your sending to him, do a search for VIP.. you'll find his paypal add, in one of those links...

3)No, doublealero0 is.... kinda. he is making them..but not currently. I believe he is starting shortly... but i dont know how long that "shortly" is...
