I'm going to be doing my headlights soon, my gauges, and my tailights(i'm tinting them) and i want to install led tail lights(bulbs) on the tail lights and on the 3rd brak light, but i'm having trouble finding which ones would fit or what kind to get.... also i searched for the fitments of the phillips blue vision bulbs, but couldn't find anything(for the headlights).... could anyone help me out on this?

Dont tint your head lights either clear them out or clear them and paint the bezels but dont tint them.

i meant to say im just tinting the taillights... and MAYBE the 3rd breake light..... the headlights i'm painting the bezels black, clearing the corners, and changing the bulbs to either leds, or the phillips blue vision.... i need the sizes though...for the headlights, tails, and 3rd brake light....

HEADLIGHTS: High-9005, Low 9006
TAILS: 3157
FRONT & REAR TURN: 1157
FRONT & REAR SIDEMARKER: 194/168
3rd BRAKE LIGHT: 194/168 (I think)
Try HERE (http://www.autolumination.com) or HERE (http://superbrightleds.com/) for good LED bulbs. If you are going LED for turn signals, you will need to buy the LED load equalizers otherwise your signals will blink double time. :thumb:

To add to what stank said, I believe there is some sort of mod you have to make to the wires on the LED bulbs before you can use them in our cars. I tried putting LED bulbs in my tails, and they blew the fuse each time I applied power to them. I am not sure where you can find info on the mod, just try searching the N-body sites.

I have LED taillight bulbs and LED turn signal bulbs for the rear I could sell ya. They never blew fuses or anything. I had them for about 6 months and decided to go a different route. Let me know if your interested.

load equalizers are used when leds replace incandescent bulbs

The only time I blew a fuse is when I put the bulb in a bit crooked. LED bulbs have a plastic housing that actually comes in contact with the socket itself, so you kind of have to jam the suckers in there. Just make sure they're straight, otherwise the bulb won't work, and you may blow a fuse too..Definately worth the hassle though, they look sweet in the dark. :beerchug:
Another thing that looks sweet is to get some superwhite LED's for the reverse lights, kinda has the glow of HID..If you need pics, I got 'em...
