i was wondering if i had to worry about the passenger side air bag when im taking this off or is there a way to disable it? or dont i have to worry at all

yes you have to worry about it.....it's a bitch to get deployed and undeployed(i hear). with it deployed i just wanked until it came out. i can't remember for the life of me how to unhook everything with it undeployed.

and just a pointer, pop the front cover that is all the way up against the windshield and take the screws out there, some on the sides behind the fuse covers, and a bunch behind the radio trim. i think it is held in by nothing but a bunch of those little screws, no big bolts.

and just for safe measure DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY!

last thing you want is to cut the wrong wire n BOOM, airbaginyaface!

If you're working on the dash, it's really easy to disable the airbags. Just go to the driver's side fuse panel and remove the airbag control fuse. If memory serves me correctly, it's a red fuse... 4 down from the top I believe.. though there should be a map on the fusepanel cover.
