one day I went to turn my car on and it didnt start, I hooked jumper cables up to it and it took a few mins to charge it and start 30 mins later I cut it off and tried to start it a couple times the 3rd time I tried to start it again it didnt start. so the next day I jump it off again and drive back home which took about 2 hours and it turned off and on fine, but this morning I tried to start it and I get nothing, anyone else have this problem? battery or what?

It could be the battery, it could also be the alternator not charging the battery...check your terminals for corrosion as that would make a bad connection creating too high of resistance for the alternator to properly charge the battery leaving it drained from the starting otherwise it could be high resistance in the wiring or at other connections, or it could be the alternator itself.
Do you have a volt/ohm/amp meter?

How'd you get a battery for free you bastard :P just kidding that's cool
I just remember the same thing happening a couple of times with my dad's ZX2 when I was driving it and it was always corroded terminals but the battery itself was fine
