Street Glow Neon Underbody Kit

Would anyone be able to give me a little how-to on installing neons under the car? I have the street glow blue line series hyper whites, and i was to get them in asap, but i don't want to put them somewhere, where they are going to get broke or just totally destroyed.....

If anyone can give me any tips on the wiring install, install of the neons, or just anything, that would be great.....
