How hard is to fiberglass. My buddy got a sunfire with the cavilier conversion (really cheap) but there is alot of fiberglass work that need to be done. I was just wondering how hard it is to do and if anybody had some tips? Thanks.

Well... is it repair work or custom fabrication?

It is just repair work. I can probably post pics of the damage a little later.

Well I guess repair wouldn't be that hard if its just simple cracks and what not, if its holes it might be harder.
Just grid the cracks into a V and put a backing on the back and scuff up the surounding area with some 180 or 80. then lay some glass let it dry sand and bondo.
Sorry thats a pretty simplified short verision i can't really type right now

Thanks chucklez. :beerchug: It is just cracks. If you could elaborate a little more that would be awsome. I get pretty much what you are saying, but do you mean grind into a V and what should i use as a backing. Is the backing supposed to be permanent or just there until fiberglass is hardened?
