can somebody give me a breakdown on removing the front bumper?

um...I think you start with taking off the cover (obviously...) and just undo the bolts. I'm not sure if there are any welds in there. I know there's at least 4 bolts total...

doing a little lightening for the track?

actually what i meant was the front facia(bumper cover) sorry lack of explanation on my part.
