It's hard to tell in the pics but you can see a ripple of where the seam used to be. It's probably cracked underneath the paint and started to push out. But it did hold up a lot better than I thought it would have.

I was waiting at a red light and the guy 2 cars behind me started moving and hit the car behind me, which ran into me. So now I start the fight with the insurance companies on who's gonna pay to fix and repaint my car.

I may still be bringing it to ASS, depending on when the body shop can take it. I've got an appointment with a body shop and the adjuster on Monday. If they can't take it for another couple weeks, I'll still be coming out.

I hope you get a bundle.

You might be able to sue both. PA law states that you must have contorl over your car at all times, apperently, both people didn't

thats exactly whats wrong with america. if it was intentional ya, sure. an accident is just that, an accident. i dont think someone deserves to get sued for an accident.

Well I won't be suing anyone unless I don't get enough money to respray the whole car. A lot of these insurance guys have been telling me they will pay to blend it in, not repaint the whole car. But blending it in would consist of repainting the whole car because there is no paint code for this.

Around here, you hit somebody, be ready to be sued.

Also it help if you know a cop, like my exiwife's accident. She got creamed, car bent in half, lucky she wasn't killed, but we got sued. Accident wasn't her fault, since the other car had to go on the sidewalk to hit her :Noooo:

O well, she's paying the high rates for that one

sure no one really needs to get sued for an accident, just as long as he get's all the money he's going to need to fix his car..........everyone would be singing a different tune if it was their bodywork that was all f-ed up

actuley as long as your car is at a complete stop you are not at fault aka is fomeone hits you and you hit the person in front of you.
