Honestly they look too blue... kinda ricey blue. try Silverstars... they make fog lights for our car and they have more of the white look to them I have HID wanna be's (Catz) in my car and stock fog light bulbs look just fine with them. My headlights are super white they are almost purple.

I have those Ebay bulbs but in no way whatsoever do they look blue..They are more of a crisp white, and are much nicer that stocks. They do look very nice if you're going to go with HID or PIAA or something along those lines. As far as other bulbs fitting, THESE (http://www.modernperformance.com/all/silverstar893.JPG) will fit, but the bulb will just be facing up instead of forward due to the straight socket..I tried this but they didn't last more than a month, same with the silverstar 9006's I previously had

Any idea why they crap out so fast? I currently have Silverstars for my low beams and haven't had a problem with them since I installed them a month ago. I've been thinking about picking up a set of 9007's for the high beams and was debating if I can justify the $20 per bulb for the fog lights. On my Achivea I had them in for my high/low beam (9004) and had them in for a good 1 1/2 - 2 years with no problems before the car got totaled.

lol $20 a bulb... I paid $100 for my headlights... going on 3 years and no dimming. Too bad you can't get them in the States anymore...

Too much for me for just bulbs.. if I'm spending that much I'll just go for a real HID kit. But then I'd have to retrofit in some projecotrs too.

HIDs definitely work acceptably in the headlights without a projector retrofit.

Not sure why they crapped out so fast, sometimes you just get a crappy set. Still have my no-name superwhite highbeam bulbs that I bought probably 4 years ago. Got my dad a set for christmas, and they pooped out within a couple of months. I try to run PIAA whenever I can, and so far, couldn't be more satisfied with those.
