Suspinsion Noise

I am getting a slight squeak/creak noise when I turn right going slow. ( like turning into my driveway) I have done no mods to my car. My Alero is an 03 and has 53k miles. I was wondering if any of you guys may know what may be going on? I found a TSB, but I have no way of finding more info on it. The TSB is......

its a gm product if it didnt make funny noises, then you should worry.

mine makes all sorts of noises when it turns :huh: so if you figure it out tell me.
