whenever i leave my car off for a while and go to start it it drags out really long and kinda sputters before it starts running. also a few times it has idled really high at like 1500 rpms and then after about 2 minutes went down to 800 and was fine. i am told its my fuel pump i just wanna make sure first. thanks for the help
