Wiring problem maybe?

So recently I have noticed that I do not have a horn. I press it and nothing happens, I would have checked the fuse, but I didn't see any that related to it, I know there is a relay, but do not think that would be the problem. Well the other night, a light in my gauge cluster went out, and my light to show me what gear I am in near the shifter went out too, and I didn't have a horn. The horn problem has been going for about 2 months, while the light problem just started.

Check the metal ring behind your sterring wheel, mine bent and my horn didn't work for a couple days, then started going haywire. I had to pull out the ring and now I've got to hardwire the stupid thing in.
