Squeal from rear left wheel after full brake job...

Just changed pads/rotors on all 4 wheels last night. Now, the rear left wheel has a high-pitched squeal when moving forward. This happens from 1mph and higher (doesn't seem to stop). It does not squeal when in reverse.

Any ideas?

Is this something that will diminish or disappear as the pads get broken in?
