So I'm interested in buying one of those car bras. Does anyone have any experience with the magnetic one (http://www.magnetbra.com/Alero.html)? It seems like a very nice choice because no dirt can get under there and damage the hood.. or should I just stick with a regular leather one?

Also, are the drilled/slotted rotors that can be found on eBay reliable or are they very bad quality? (take the R1 Concepts (http://cgi.ebay.ca/Oldsmobile-Alero-Drill-Slot-Front-Rear-Brake-Rotors_W0QQitemZ220012069286QQihZ012QQcategoryZ335 64QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) ones for example)

I had one of those magnetic bra's and it was junk. It was pretty good for a few months, then it just tore. It became very brittle. It also put some scratches on the hood (which buffed out) under it. It does not always keep water and dirt out. Waste of money.

Thanks for the replies so far guys

The reason I want a bra is that some rust is forming at the edge of the hood and i'm hoping to sand it out and fix it up as much as possible...after putting on the touch up paint i doubt it'll look as good as a new hood. So I want the bra to cover it up but at the same time I don't want the paint under it to get ruined.
