ya i thought it b pretty damn expensive if i just ordered sprint lowering springs would i have to get new struts?

your funny right? 230 bucks is nothing. LOL .. try ebay or find some used springs if u want cheaper. Every now and then someone will sell their springs.

Yea, you can get springtech springs on ebay for 160 shipped, new in box. So definetly look aroudn more if you're talking about 230 for them.

Springtech and Sprint lowering springs are the same thing made by the same company but have different names put on the boxes. Go with the cheaper of the two.

and yes you would need new struts, go with KYB. if you use your stock struts with lowering springs, the struts will be shot in 4 months if not less.

b/c when you have lowering springs your compressing your struts and when you hit a bump they are being compressed even more then when you have no lowering springs so there taking a beating more then they can handle and the KYB's are performance struts that are made to handle the extra tension from the car being lowered

i have had lowering springs for over 50k miles putting me at 92k on STOCK struts and no issues. now of course, if you go 30mph over speed bumps everyday then ya, your struts will go to shit. its all how u drive....

yep before my air ride. I had my H&R lowering springs from 10k miles till 100k on stock struts. 90k on stock structs and it still rode like a caddy.

I only needed new front struts cuz we ruined them. rears are stock.
