I have a 3400 sfi and i am buying wires from pfyc Taylor 8mm Spiro Pro Spark Plug Wires (http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=PFYC&Product_Code=GA3004&Product_Count=3&Category_Code=ALUNDER)
what kind of plugs should i get?

ac delco ftw! im running the platinums are they have been good so far.

well i have the 2.4, dunno what the diff would be..... but i have the NGK iridium plugs, and i love em!

Whatever you do, dont use the bosche platinum +4...i made that mistake and had to correct it about 3k miles later. Im not sure about the 4 cylinder engines, but the 3.4 seems to be just fine with AC Delco platinums. I have had them for about 15k miles and they work great. Correct me if im wrong, but i think the AC Delco platinums are factory equipment.

i know ac delco is factory equitment, but i dont know about the platinums..... it may be something better than the oem plugs

need quick reponse one which plugs the ac delco platinums? if these where can i find them cheap at? or the NGK Spark Plugs (http://www.pfyc.com/store/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=PFYC&Product_Code=GN3001&Product_Count=5&Category_Code=ALUNDER)? if those should i go with iridum or regular? i have a 3400 sfi with 104,500 miles on it and im buying new 180 thermostat and talyor wires from pfyc.com

well just paid 109.20 shipped. so hope it gets here soon and then i gotta install all this hope it wont be too hard to do! thanks guys

have fun with the odd number plugs! i have to change my #1 plug AGAIN, since buring oil keeps fouling it. thank god only a few more weeks of burnin...

oo on installin them duh i had brain fart i thought something bought these plugs were bad if i cant change them ill have my uncle whos a mechanic change them for me

even for a mechanic they are a pain in the butt. i have to kneel on my battery to reach back there...

yeah, i'm definatley not looking forward to doing that...still got about 12K before I need to, so I think we'll be okay at least for now

i dont think the back three are that bad, i suppose being 6'5" and haveing super long arms might help, just get a swivel joint and a long extenision for you rachet and youll be fine.

one last question bout this stuff do i need any kind of boot protectors for these wires or they good to go as they come? i ordered the talyors 8mm and i recieved all my stuff already. took 5 days to get here which isnt bad. i also got my aleromod.com decals

i think he means the nylon like heat covers, and no you dont need them, you are good to go.

The current model 3400s come with Iridium plugs stock, the ACDelco number is 41-101. They are manufactured by NGK and sell for like 7 bucks a plug and you can get them at AutoZone.
