For everyone that hasnt been readin around, there is a meet comin up this Tuesday the 15th at Buffalo Wild Wings. We will be meetin at 6 pm in the back section of the parking lot. For the new people, the address is 3035 Niagara Falls BLVD 14228 Buffalo, NY. Im selling a bunch of audio stuff and Alero stuff in general (see other post) so bring some money haha. Im probably missing something but just ask if you have any questions

We're all there to break the balls, have fun, check out each other's rides, etc. etc. Dumping on someone else's ride in front of others in NO way make you or your car appear any nicer. Yep, same here. New fuel controller and some cams. The Greddy fuel controller I have now works great....when it decides to work. The MAP sensor it came with sometimes works perfect and other times turns on the fuel too early (making the engine sputter and bog down) and other times doesn't turn it on at all (making the engine run dangerously lean). Then I found out they discontinued the unit so I can't get replacement parts for it. That's why I haven't been to the track at all. But as soon as the new HKS unit is here you better believe I'll be at the track. Plus the cams should put me around 250 to the wheels on 8psi.

Friday the 8th is the day for Leicester for anyone that's planning on going...that's 2 weeks from this coming Friday.

My cams are being delivered tomorrow so I'll be installing them this Friday. Like I said before, I'm looking at around 250hp to the wheels, so I'm hoping to run at least mid 13's. We'll see.......

And if anyone wants to hang out this weekend at all, I'm free Friday night (after the installation of the cams) or Saturday. We can hang out at my apartment and get some beer. Let me know.

Track time would be really nice!!! But then again not getting enough sleep last nite might make me fall asleep at the starting line. But whatever happens will be a good time regardless. But I'm ready to leave school and not go to my last class, I hate english class w/a passion. It feels like it's been the longest day of my life here! God just think 2 more yrs and then I might be stuck in lawschool after. :( Well I'm here till 2:30 when my other class starts!

Bad news: I may not make it to NYIRP for the quarter mile this coming weekend. The new fuel computer I got either isn't hooked up right or isn't working properly. I'm currently talking to the guy I bought it from to find out whats up and I may have to call HKS directly and ask them for help. If I can't get this thing working, I get no extra fuel in boost which means I won't be able to run at NYIRP. Hopefully I can get it worked out, but if not I'll come out anyways if anyone else is and hang out and watch some races. Wish me luck.

Be glad for that....Just to make sure, I called Sharon Hughs, and she said as far as she knew, everything was a go. Well, I emptied the car, pulled the cover off the blower, etc...drove down there, just to find guys trailoring up and going home. I was like WTF ? ! ? ! wasted time, gas...just irritated. I truly wanted / need a baseline run just for comparison for when I get into modding the Buick.....pisses me off.

I appreciate the offer, but unless you have an instruction manual for an HKS AIC I doubt you'd be able to help at all. I'm going to call HKS tomorrow and see if they can help me out. Hopefully I'll be there with you guys this weekend.

um...bad news...me driving like a jerk broke my car...

I took a turn too fast and now I have this clicking...it clicks faster when I go faster. doesn't seem to affect anything really, but I wanna play it safe...so I guess I'm not going. gonna take it to the shop tomorrow instead of the track. (note: i did just get a new tie-rod last tuesday, so I'm guessing somebody fucked up with installing it)

oh, BTW: fishtailing on dry pavement is fun.

Also bad news: I won't be going either. Still can't figure out why the injector controller isn't working even though its all connected where it's supposed to be...which means no fuel under boost...which means no boost for me :( I may just have to get a different controller.

Indeed. I was rather concerned, but the docs all say she's healthy as hell, probably in way better shape then she shoulda been, y'know? She's not that tall, but she definately takes after me...she's opening her eyes more and more each day, and I'm 90% positive she's got my blue eyes, too.

Thanks everyone ! I took Sam to meet her baby sister today, and it was SO hard getting Sam to leave....she's been so excited for the last month or so. All she wanted to do was smooch her sister and hold her while they watched cartoons ( Although I doubt Lilly really gives a rat's ass about cartoons yet ) :D
