Which ones did you get? (provide link if possible)

How long has it been since you got them and do they have good braking power (better than stock)?

I want to buy some but I just want to see what others have experienced...

I bought drilled and slotted rotors on eBay. I think they're "R1 Rotors" or something like that. They provide noticeably better braking performance, especially in wet weather. I've had them for about a year and a half or so and I've been very happy with them.

I have r1 concepts. I don't feel any extra braking power unless I get the pedal past 1/3 length travel or so, then I can't definitely feel the power.

My buddy who works at a volvo dealership thinks my brakes are pretty darn good.

I bought Powerslots. These are slotted but not drilled. The site sez drilling causes stress in the rotors and contibutes to cracks. A bold statement for sure, but it made sense to me.

I bought a set for my wife's Intrigue 2 years ago, due to 2 past sets of shitty factory rotors warping in less than a year each. The Intrigue Powerslots are still fine.

That noted, I mounted up the Alero fronts w/ a set 3 months ago. No problems so far. I paired these up with Raybestos pads (organic, not carbon fiber or anything like that) and I am pleased with the smoothness. No warping or vibrations, stopping power seems fine.

These are vanadium coated, so there is a hell of a lot less rotor rust after the car sits overnight in the rain.

i bought the r1 concepts as well the only thing i really dont like about them is when i brake from high speeds, it makes a loud low tone humming sound til i get to a certain speed, other then that i love them and they look slick

1 pair powerslots (rear) and 1 pair no-name (same style as powerslots for the front) barking is a tad better than OEM. My stock rotors didn't warp by the way.

really, braking power is determined by the size and amount of friction provided by the pads. (Stock calipers will always have the same size pads, but it's not unheard of to do a dual-piston caliper swap and get a bigger set of pads)

Do you guys think AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts would carry Drilled and slotted rotors.. I don't really trust e-bay alot lol

Plus its easier for me just to drive to town and buy them than wait for them to be shipped I'm getting my new pads put on wed. But if I can go order some rotors today they will put them on for free for me.

Yes, AutoZone can order them, however they are pretty darn expensive. They are Baer rotors though, not some knock-off.
