I realize that this is a totally ridiculous question but oh well, gotta be asked. In the GLS are the seats real leather or are they synthetic because sadly my girlfriend is a vegetarian and neither will she sit on anything leather. So, i'll have to give to give up my alero for the classic caprice wagon on dates (not a bad thing i might add), but i love my alero to death.

I don't know...but that means your g/f doesn't know either. Just SAY they are synthetic and you have no problems...

i'm with albino. and she sounds little nutty if she won't SIT on leather....
maybe i just haven't met anyone that passionate about anything.... :glare:

ahhh, ive done a bit of research and weather its reliable or not but its apparently synthetic so i dont think she has to get up tight about it now

*usually* in most cars the part that you actually sit on is real leather, the rest of the seat (sides, back) is vinyl. That's what they call "Leather seating surfaces"

wow, didn't know that...that doesn't even make any sense, i mean i understand but the concept just seems...purposeless, but i'm sure there actually is one

sure, leather is expensive compared to vinyl.
